MIDNIGHTSUN IS FOUNDED BY ADDISON CHEN. 

IT ALL BEGAN WHEN HE BOUGHT HIS FIRST SET OF SKINCARE PRODUCTS AT THE AGE OF 18, WHEN HE STARTED PAYING ATTENTION TO HIS SKIN.

ADDISON STILL REMEMBERS THE ANXIOUS FEELING OF GOING TO THE HIGH-END BRAND COUNTER. THE SALESPERSON LOOKED AT HIM FROM SUCH CLOSE PROXIMITY, AND HE LOOKED BACK AT THEM, GOT TOLD THAT HIS PORES ARE TOO LARGE, HAS TOO MUCH ACNE, IS TOO TANNED, THEN PROCEEDED TO TRY AND SELL HIM A WHOLE LIST OF PRODUCTS.

AT THAT INSTANCE, ADDISON BECAME INTRIGUED BY SKINCARE.

“THE SALESPERSON’S SKIN ISN’T THAT MUCH DIFFERENT FROM MINE!”

“IT’S JUST THAT THEY USED MAKEUP TO COVER UP THEIR BLEMISHES!” 

HE WAS THEN PERSUADED TO BUY THESE PRODUCTS TO TRY THEM OUT HIMSELF.

THIS WAS THE VERY MOMENT HE KNEW THAT THIS INTEREST IN SKINCARE WILL LEAD HIM TO CREATING HIS OWN SKINCARE BRAND ONE DAY.
